Kate Garraway told a funny story about having to apologize to Bobby Brazier, a rookie to EastEnders, at the National Television Awards due to her daughter’s excitement. Speaking about the glamorous occasion and how her daughter was excited to see the soap star—even interrupting him while waiting in line for the restroom—Kate discussed the event on her Smooth radio show. “Let’s talk about NTAs,” Kate started, then admitted that she was “so grateful” and “completely overwhelmed” over receiving Best Authored Documentary for her moving film, Derek’s Story.
“Although Darcey was also very over excited running everywhere nobbling Love Islanders and reality stars for photos,” she said, gushing about how delighted her kids were of their dad. Nice to see her enjoying herself. However, Bobby Brazier deserves special apology since she actually interrupted him while he was waiting in line for the restroom!” Kate laughed and said, “Blessed soul. He handled it with great grace.”
