Disturbing Evidence Emerges Of Caitlin Clark Suffering Brutal Blow To Neck
On Saturday, the Indiana Fever, led by Caitlin Clark, faced a tough 99-80 defeat against the Las Vegas Aces, marking their sixth loss of the season. This loss brought their season record to 1-6, while the Aces improved to 3-1.
The former Iowa Hawkeyes star had possibly her worst game of the young 2024 WNBA season. She recorded eight points on 25% shooting, two three-pointers, five rebounds, and seven assists.
With 8.5 minutes left in the second quarter of the game, Clark suffered a hard foul as she was going up for a layup. She took a hit to the neck area from Aces forward Alysha Clark.
A disturbing photo of the hard foul was captured and posted online by photographer Bri Lewerke.
The full play was captured as well and also posted to social media.
This foul on Clark was not intentional; it was just a player trying to make a play. But that doesn’t diminish its brutality.
